About us

SOVENO does renovation and interior finishing in Alicante and the surrounding area. We take on a clear set of trades and carry them out to an agreed estimate: with measurements, an itemised calculation and a defined order of work.

What we do

Wall and floor tiling, including 45° mitred edges and epoxy grout
Plasterboard: partitions, wall linings, ceilings and boxing-in
Preparing walls and ceilings, skimming and painting
Laminate and parquet flooring
Fitting interior doors
Kitchen assembly and installation
Small outdoor jobs: laying paving stones

How we work

First, photos and a description of the job; then a visit and measurements on site
An itemised estimate: labour, materials and tax shown separately
The order and timing of the work are agreed before we start; extra work only with your approval
Before starting we protect furniture and floors

Materials

You can buy the materials yourself or ask us to choose them to suit your budget. The estimate always shows what the labour price includes and what is paid separately.

What we do not do

Electrics, gas, welding, hot works, roofing, façades, large earthworks and mains networks.

Where we work

Alicante, El Campello and nearby municipalities. We have no walk-in office: we visit the property by appointment.
