Tiling, plasterboard, walls, floors, doors and installation: each area with its own method, measurements and clear limits.
Wall and floor tiling
Ceramic and porcelain tiles on walls and floors, with substrate preparation, 45° mitred corners and standard or epoxy grout.
Plasterboard and dry partitions
Partitions, wall linings, ceilings and boxing in plasterboard, with insulation and joint finishing.
Walls and ceilings
Local plaster repairs, skimming, glass-fibre or non-woven wall liner, priming and painting.
Floors
Laminate and parquet with acoustic underlay, threshold profiles and skirting in wood, MDF or polymer.
Interior doors
Hinged and sliding doors, architraves, jamb extensions and finishing of openings.
Kitchens and installation
Kitchen and furniture installation, accessories, sanitary ware and connection to existing supply points after checking them.
Small outdoor work
Block paving on small areas: patios, entrances and paths.
